Q. What can I expect on the day of delivery? A. Equipment will arrive at scheduled time, or before, if prior arrangements have been made. Bounce 4 Fun Inc. staff provides set up of the equipment which takes approximately 15 minutes per unit, based on direct access to the site. Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. We accept cash, personal checks, and company checks. There will be a $20.00 NSF charge for returned checks. Q. How much of an impact does inclement weather have on my scheduled rental? A. At Bounce 4 Fun Inc. we stress safety above all. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a delivery should weather conditions be a threat to the safety of the customer or equipment. The customer may also exercise the right to cancel due to inclement weather. This includes, but is not limited to moderate to heavy rains as well as gusty winds. Q. How do I know how much space is required for the unit I am selecting? A. Each of the inflatable bouncers, as well as interactive gear, have dimensions in their description. As a rule of thumb, you will want to allow Slides, Obstacles, and open top units to have a minimum of a 3 foot clearance from any over hanging branches and a 3 foot clearance on each side of the unit is preferred as well to avoid damage. Q. How far in advance should I reserve my equipment? A. The best answer is to book as soon as possible. Although we accept reservations several months in advance, we will do our best to accomodate "last minute" requests. Don't leave your event up to chance. As soon as you think about it, give us a call. Q. Do you deliver outside of the Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis area? A. Yes. A delivery charge will apply. Please contact us for a quote. Q. Do you carry insurance on your equipment? A. Yes. A copy of our insurance is available upon request. To be listed as additionally insured for your event, please allow a minimum of 5 days notice. Q. Will my equipment arrive clean at time of delivery? A. Yes. All of our equipment is inspected and cleaned regularly. Our customers respect our equipment and make sure it's in the same condition when they are done with it as it was when it arrived. On the rare occasion there is no time to clean the equipment before your rental, it will be cleaned on site prior to your taking posession of it.
